We have had an account with Bank of America for a number of years. Recently, I've had the need to visit this branch for a number of services. Without a doubt, Fatima and the rest of the staff are the friendliest and most helpful BoA employees that I've ever dealt with. I will always use this branch. We would give them 10 stars but Google only allows 5 stars.

I went on 12/10/2018 there are no Tailor at all that was around 2:15 PM thank you Bank of America for this bad service on Christmas days

I want to give 5 stars to Juan López, he is a professional, excellent customer service, he gives you the best advice, I also want to add that he speaks Spanish and English and that gives an extra to his service.

Incompetent banker! First of all, a sale person should know who they’re working with. First, be honest and ethical .. don’t tell me to open a new account when your promo said new OR “existing”, secondly “I don’t know..” should never be coming out of a service person even if you don’t know. I made an appointment to add myself to my mother account to help her with her banking needs. Unfortunately they cannot add me bc they have my Maiden name on their file which was 20+ years ago. There were NO SOLUTIONS other than I’m sorry you’ll need to bring proof that you changed your name. I guess MY LEGAL DRIVER LICESE AND MY LEGAL BANK CARDS FROM MAJOR BANKS aren’t enough. Lastly, hope you’re reading this…I called 1800 and he confirmed that NO NEW SAVINGS need to open for the current promotion. I also OPENED.a joint saving account with my mother under my current legal name with no issue. Also, I was told deceased father is still on a joint saving account with my mother . We closed out their joint checking and savings with his death certificate 2 years ago. SAME BRANCH!!! Unbelievable!!!
