I will forever be grateful to Todd Bailess and his team for their successful litigation of my sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and failure to rehire claims against West Virginia's DHHR. When I hired Todd Bailess, nearly two years had elapsed, which gave him only a few weeks to file the claims before the statute of limitations expired. That was only the start of a very complicated case that spanned several years and even went to the Supreme Court of West Virginia on two different occasions. The opposing counsel, Jan Fox of Steptoe and Johnson, behaved so unethically that she had to be sanctioned for misconduct, and throughout the process, I was suffering from serious PTSD symptoms, which made it really difficult for me to discuss any details about the case.

Todd Bailess handled all of these issues with patience and professionalism. I appreciated his good judgement, vast legal expertise, and meticulous attention to detail, which were all vital to the successful outcome.
