Used this service in 2020, no problems. In 2023/2024 it was a different story. My local branch of Desert Financial offers this service for $200 less (Wills, etc). I’ll go there. Too many issues this time around with this paralegal office.

Highly recommend! Easy to schedule and amend a will and trust. Made a complicated process easy and effective. Had talked to two attorneys who were more interested in sales vs what we needed. Shannon was great!

Called them spoke with Shannon who had to call back 2 different times for new time. Gave phone interview with everything they would need and more. Paid and told it would be done within 3 days. Told I would get draft to look at in 24 hours. RECEIVED a bill and stuff to sighn. Did it immediately and sent all documents and explained everything in GREAT DETAIL AGAIN TO BE SURE EVERY PART WAS AVAILABLE TO HER TO WORK FROM. paid extra for faster service. I called to update them that I lost my phone and got a new one with same number incase I was unavailable for less than 3 hours and to give 1 more phone numbers to contact me for any reason if I didn't answer other phone. Of course this was used as an excuse 1 week later when I still did not get a draft or any calls. She used it because it was a message on my vmail to people calling and I didn't erased it yet. Keep in mind I called her directly with this info , sent email and even left personal email,texts,and other things to be ontop of situations and gave her other numbers . This was NEVER AN ISSUE! SHE NEVER CALLED ME UNTILL I GOT ANGRY AT HER AND LEFT VMAILS DEMANDING EXPLANATION. SHE CALLED BACK AND HEARD MY VMAIL FROM A WEEK PRIR AND USED THIS FOR AN EXCUSE LOL. EVEN THOUGH I CAN PROVE EVERY CALL EMAIL TEXT ETC. O I TOLD HER because now its a week and i bpaid her to handle things faster that I WANT A REFUND she talked me into another chance and promised if the documents were incorrect again she would send my money back immediately. We'll this went on 4 more times and she even had another guy calling to help because I can't stand her now she has caused me so much stress and problems that I can't even speak then I'm told money will be returned and it wasn't I get MORE INCORRECT PAPERS AND AGAIN TELL HER NO!!! IF I WAnt INCORRECT DOCUMENTS I CAN DO IT MYSELF!!! COULD NOT EVEN SPELL OUR NAMES CORRECTLY. FROM THE START OF THIS I TOLD HER TO SPELL NAMES CORRECTLY AND EVERY SINGLE TIME ITS HUGE MISTakes she had me me as the person to pay support to my ex and i am supposed to give him what he stole and he is to get my cars s ! LAST DOCUMENTS HAVE more mistakes than first.THIS SITUATION IS MUCH BIGGER AND I HAVE SO MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT MY PHONE IS BEING STUPID SO ILL END WITH I STILL HAVE EVERY RECORDED CALL AND EMAIL ,TEXT ETC. I RECORDED OUR CALLS FROM START BECAUSE IM SO USED TO DEALING WITH LIArs AND THIS WOMEN MICKED ME AND HURT ME BEYOND WORDS! I HAD TO LEAVE MEXICO AND COME BACK TO AZ TO DEAL WITH IT AND SHE IS A MONSTER. KNOWING THAT I WAS HAVING SURGERY ETC. AND I TRUSTED THEM TO HANDLE SOMETHING SO I COULD FOCUS ON MYSELF FOR A CHANGE. SHE ABUSED ME. AND MADE EVERTHING SO MUCH WORSE. SHE KNEW EVERYTHING GOING ON AND SHE HAD EVERY SINGLE THING SHE NEEDED TO HANDLE THESE THINGS. SHE EVEN THANKED ME FOR BEING. So detailed. I will never forget the drive home EARLY FROM MEXICO I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN I CRIED THE WHOLE DRIVE! I WAS SO STRESSED BECAUSE THEY DRAGGED THIS OUT UNTILL I ONLY HAD 2 DAYS BEFORE THE DEADLINE AT COURT!! I DIS NOT BRING ALL MY PAPERS AND STUFF NEEDED TO DO IT FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY!! I HAD A FUNNY FEELING TO BRING MY COMPUTER AND EVERYTHING BUT WAS TOLD NOT TO STRESS. SO THE LADY CALLING ME WHILE IM OUT OF IT ON PAIN MEDS ETC ASKING DETAILS I ALREADY GAVE HER 100 TIMES WAS INSANE!!! I TOLD HER CHECK HER EMAIL AND SHE JUST SOUNDED DRUNK. TO BE HONEST I THINK SHE DRINKS. I WOULD HAVE CONVERSATIONS WITH HER IN GREAT DETAIL AND THE FOLLOWING DAY SHE WAS TOTALLY OBLIVIOUS TO IT. ASKING ME THINGS SHE CLEARLY GOT ANWSERS FOR ON THE RECORDED CALLS THE DAY PRIOR. I MEAN COME ON HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU NOT EVEN SPELL OUR NAMES CORRECTLY? HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I OF NEEDED TO SPEAK TO THIS WOMEN? WHY WAS IT SO DIFFICULT? I HAVE OUR FIRST EMAILS THAT CLEARLY SAY WHEN AND WHAT I WOULD RECEIVED FROM HER AND SO WHY 9 DAYS LATER IS YOUR FIRST CALL TO ME? WHY 9 DAYS LATER ARE YOU CALLING ME/RETURNING MY CALLS SAYING YOU WILL HAVE THE FIRST DRAFT SENT BY TOMORROW EVENING? WHY AM I CALLING UPSET IF YOUR DOING THE RITE THING? WHY ARE YOU SAYING YOU CANT REACH me? Lies!

They don't give you all the information you need. For example I advised then I was asking for half of my spouses 401, they did but failed to inform me I would need a qdro to get my half. I asked them why they didn't inform me of it and all I get us we don't do that.
