Today I had my first session with Janel. It was very relaxing, comfortable and enlightening. I experienced things on a spiritual level. I was a Lil hesitant about doing reiking but after my session I feel so relaxed and calm. Thanks Janel, on to my next chapter in life. Healing. Definitely going back.

I was put in such a relaxed state. The room was very comfortable and welcoming. I worked on some of my breathing which was very helpful to get into a relaxed mode. Ricki therapist was very accommodating and very present through the 45 minute session., I felt a tremendous amount of energy coming through her massage . I would highly recommend her and plan on having a session twice a month.

If you need to hit the reset button because you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, fatigue, and etc. Then you need to book a session. This was my first time and what an amazing experience. I truly needed this I let go of all the worries. My body feels revived and my mind is peaceful. Meditation is good for your health. Janel explained all her techniques and answered all my questions. She definitely has a gift. Booking my next session.
