I needed to get electronic fingerprints to obtain my CCL. I called Avondale Biometrics to ask a few questions, which were fully answered, and I was able to get an appointment for that very day. I found that parking was no problem when I arrived at their location. Their office is modern, clean, and comfortable. The service was professional, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service they provided me. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment for 9 AM. When I got there, the building was closed. I knocked on the door, a guy came to the door and said the girl who does the fingerprinting isn’t in today and doesn’t know when she’ll be in. I don’t understand why they would allow me to make an appointment and drive all the way out of my way. When they’re not even open, that’s horrible business practice and customer service. No email whatsoever letting me know that they weren’t going to be open is very frustrating. I definitely would not recommend going here.
