I wonder if the ownership has changed. I paid almost $10 for a certified mail and they lost it. USPS wasn't able to locate my certified mail tracking number. The young guy who works there is very rude, too.

A real bad experience. I just wanted a fedex package shipped in a hurry. Asked him to print out a label from a jump drive which at every fedex location they do as a courtesy. He said there’s a charge. He charged 5.42 for one print out of a label. When I asked why and everywhere else it’s usually free or should be a little less, he went off, started cursing me out. Like he doesn’t give a shit what I think and you don’t respect people. All this just because I questioned the charge of one print out of a label. Just wow. Beware.

I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!

Absolute best service of any shipping place I've gone. I just started an E-commerce business and they have been so helpful with figuring out how to properly ship things and even shipping to Canada etc. Really thankful for this great little slice of customer service heaven. So helpful.

I had just left the UPS Store across the street (run by an angry lunatic), and came to this store for a notary service. The guy behind the counter managed to help several people simultaneously and really efficiently. I can't believe I ever went anywhere else. He was genuine and helpful to a blind man who came in and needed help with addressing a letter, and wrote it out for him. Kind people deserve to be recognized, thank you Mr. Kim!

Awesome customer service. They are friendly and helpful with any questions and patient. When I have to wait in line I'm never waiting too long, unlike the local post office. After receiving only a couple of packages they already recognize me and have my package(s) ready for me by the time I get to the front desk to pickup.

Awful service with incompetent employees. I’ve been bringing my FedEx smart post packages here for years and suddenly the one employee wants to charge me to accept them because he mistakenly thinks they are usps packages (they aren’t). I tried to educate him nicely but he was too stubborn to be reasoned with. Will not use this location again.

I already had my letter ready to go, just needed to make sure it had enough postage. I went in this location to make sure. The owner said I needed an extra stamp. He typed in $1. Until he saw I only had a card! I understand card machine fees, but he ended up charging me $2 just for one stamp! That's way too much for that, I could have gotten a few stamps for that! Since when is a debit fee a whole dollar? I feel they are making prices as they go!
