If I could give no star I would.
Her favorite line: "I don't gossip and get in families business". This lady's conduct is immoral and unprofessional. Our family had no issues until she started gossiping and telling other members of the family things and then denying it. When asked about it, with family members present with her on the phone she stuttered and started worrying about her Google reviews saying that she doesnt like getting in the middle of family stuff because people start giving bad reviews. Now I see why. Then she said, "I think you should consult with an attorney because I don't want to be involved with the family drama". I should have known because she initially said "I've never seen families get along with this type of situation, this isn't normal". I guess she tried to sabatage our family relationship but it didnt work because we stand strong together and still are family.

Another issue is she doesn't return phone calls. I should have believed all of the reviews that complained about her not returning calls. I finally texted her to remind her that I was paying her to perform a service and at least she could respond by text, then she contacted me and claimed something was wrong with her phone.

By the way, I took her advice and sought counsel from an attorney and it turns out that she didn't know what the heck she was doing. She could have admitted that from the beginning and that could have saved a lot of money, time, and "attitude".

Do yourself a favor and invest your money in an attorney.

I had been contacting attorneys and all the numbers they give you for someone to help my 82 year old mother. I did this for two weeks no one would help. Some of them were actually rude. Don’t waste your time! Asked this so called paralegal for help and in the beginning she filed some paperwork but never followed through after that. The courts kept returning the paperwork because of her incompetence to correct her mistakes. The most disturbing thing about person is that she does not return your phone calls no matter how much you call. Very dissatisfied I would rate my experience a ZERO star but unfortunately google doesn’t allow that.
