They were hired to expedite documentation with the consulate, the documents weren't received in time, every time I contacted them following up, I was told to contact the consulate directly myself. Why did they charge me for services they didn't render. I spoke to the consulate they told me the documents weren't expedited, even though I paid Atlas for it. When I brought it to their attention, they were very rude, and told me not to contact them nor to do business with them anymore. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. They're unethical, rude and overpriced.

Amazing experience; we realized our passports were expiring 2 weeks before we were supposed to leave on vacation. The staff at Atlas put us at ease and were able to get us our passport faster than promised. They saved us headache and stress and made sure we could travel on time. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great communication, great service, and very fair prices. I went to Mr. Ted for obtaining my Iranian passport and him and his staff handled everything very professionally. I first needed my birth certificate followed by the actual passport and some other things. He replies to emails the same day and is easy to meet with in person or on the phone. I couldn't recommend an attorney or a passport service more than Ted and his services. I could have saved some money and done it through other channels but no way would I have wanted to deal with the headache and resulting runaround. Thank you for doing so much work over the past 1-2 years and being patient with me Mr. Ted.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences here. We paid for expedited services and when our passport did not arrive in time, the woman I spoke with said in so many words that we’re out of luck, said “buh bye” then HUNG UP on me! So incredibly rude and unnecessary especially because we paid extra and were simply looking for solutions. Beware!

The fees are OUTRAGEOUS and RIDICULOUS!!!! Go to the library or post office. The fees are based on the same timeline and deliverable as everyone else. The difference is $300.00 in overstated fees for the same deliverable.
