I opened an account over a month ago. Was told I had to wait different times for my bank card. I waited well over a month and on top of that I was told after receiving the card that there is a problem verifying my account and to come back and bring all my information in again weeks later. So due to this I called and was told I had 30 days to this and it hasn’t been almost 2 weeks and my account is open but my cards were cancelled due to the verification so I guess they would have to order another card that will take over a month to receive... but my account is open this makes no sense and is very unprofessional so if u want a bank that is careless with your information like your social or will misplace it or whatever happens this is the bank for you as for me I will find me another one.
