They were supposed to be in charge of my parents case however not only did they neglect the cases all together, they also do not respond to calls or messages. I don’t know why? she worked amazingly on my uncles case but when it came to mine they just ignored me. This is incredibly unprofessional and I cannot get a hold of them bc again no calls no messages. Pay the extra money and go to a real attorney because thanks to her i would’ve had to submit all the payments and paperwork again bc she neglected the case so long! Thankfully I found another attorney but I also need the paperwork she has and Noemi’s team has promised to send it to me and it has been a month!

I know this place for so many years and it was always a great service, But my last experience was very disappointing about my Immigration case, my documents were never filed to Immigration and we lost a whole year waiting for an answer from INS
