I used their services a while ago for a car crash incident involving another driver and they were more than helpful, and made it very easy navigating through this process that i've never dealt with before. In the end i got a big payout and couldn't be happier. I don't know the ethnicity of all their members but i know they have Vietnamese people on staff so I've recommended them to several Viet acquaintances and my landlord who needed advice on their own issues.
