I cannot say enough great things about Arnold and Bailey. Mr.Bailey represented my best interests in my recent divorce; he was willing to take on my case after the female attorney in Martinsburg, that I initially retained, was very dismissive and clearly did not seem to make my concerns a priority during the first hearing before the judge. If I did not know any better, I would have thought she was representing my ex husband.

After the first hearing, a close family member recommended Arnold and Bailey and suggested firing the first attorney.

I called the very next day and talked with Mr. Baileys legal assistant, Amber, who listened to me at one of the most difficult times in my life and she understood and genuinely cared about all that I was going through. I knew the first few minutes into our conversation that this was the group that would represent me the Best!

Mr. Bailey worked to negotiate an outcome that was agreeable to both parties. Mr. Bailey, Amber and Milissa were professional, friendly and calm, a stark contrast from my experience with the first attorney.

My husband and I hired Cameron Lefevre for a very difficult child custody case. I've never had a good interaction with an attorney until I met him. He is very knowledgeable of the laws in West Virginia.Cameron always made sure we understood everything. He was always very timely getting back to me when I emailed him about concerns that I had he always showed up for court early to go over everything with us before going into the courtroom. Writing this review took me a long time because I wanted to ensure I captured everything about Mrs. Bailey and his legal assistant, Amber Rice. When I say they were amazing, I genuinely mean it. I initially called the office two weeks prior, but Greg wasn't taking on any new cases. I then interviewed several firms but faced challenges as some couldn't take the case due to time constraints, or others weren't suitable matches. The last lawyer I saw had me sit in for an hour consultation and tell him everything about my case, only to tell me he could take the case at the end. I was overwhelmed and frustrated. I was about to give up hope when a voice in my spirit told me to call Arnold and Bailey. I called, and Amber answered the phone. I explained that I needed a lawyer, and she said Mr. Bailey could speak to me the next day at 01:00 PM. I was excited and agreed to the time, even though I had to work.

When the time came, I missed Mr. Bailey's call because I was with a patient. I called back an hour later, and he said he was going to see a client but promised to call me back at 03:00 PM. He kept his word and called me back. I explained my case, and he questioned some things my ex-lawyer allowed my ex-husband and his lawyer to do. He asked for some time to review my case and called me back the next day to confirm that he would take the case. I believe that Greg and Amber are miracle workers sent by God to fight for me and my children. Their work not only resolved my legal issues but also brought hope and optimism back into my life.

Mrs. Bailey and Amber Rice's exceptional service was not just about being accommodating and easy to work with but also about being reliable, trustworthy, and kind. Their professional approach and reliability during my divorce, a challenging time in my life, made a significant difference. Greg and Amber are the best! Greg fought for everything I deserved and more throughout my divorce. All the staff at the office are lovely people and very polite and professional, making me feel secure and in good hands.

You don't need to look any further if you need a lawyer who is at the top of their game and willing to fight for what suits you and your family. Greg isn't only easy to talk to regarding your case, but he's also willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I will forever be grateful for Mr. Bailey and Amber's services. If I could give zero stars, I would. Eight years ago, Andrew Arnold caused the day of my final divorce hearing to be one of the worst days of my life. On a day that was already stressful and difficult, he made it so much worse with his callousness. He had not prepared me at all for the final hearing. I had almost zero communication from his office between the initial hearing and final hearing. We never met. We never discussed what I wanted. I didn't even know what alimony was when I walked into the final hearing. I was that unprepared. He and the other lawyer, Mr. Janelle, worked out an alimony deal. Three years at $300/month. I was told this was fair. I wasn't given ANY additional information. I later learned that it is more typical to get alimony for at least 1/2 the length of the marriage and I had been married for 12 years. I accepted the deal before the hearing, not knowing any better. During the hearing, the judge was explaining alimony in more detail. He said that if I accepted the lawyers deal, it couldn't be changed. But if I let him decide it, it could be altered due to changing life circumstances. I asked the judge for an example. At that point, Andrew Arnold asked the judge for a moment to speak with me in the hall. He didn't even let the judge answer. He took me out into the hall and started YELLING AT ME. He was furious that I was considering letting the judge set the alimony. He was furious that I had asked the judge a question because it made me look unprepared for court ( I definitely was). He said I obviously didn't trust him and that he wouldn't represent me unless I took the deal he had worked out. He threatened to walk out that moment if I didn't go along with his plan. I felt so humiliated and forced into something that I had no idea if I really wanted. Being screamed at by my own lawyer for asking a question in the courtroom was the last thing I had expected that day. I agreed to keep his deal because I didn't know what else to do. Mind you, this was also just 5 weeks after I had major surgery for colon cancer and I was still weak and in tremendous pain. I had thirty staples down my stomach. My lawyer really should've postponed the hearing altogether, but there we were. When we went back in the courtroom, the judge asked for my decision and I told him I accepted the lawyers deal. My lawyer very emphatically said "And I DIDN'T coerce you into that decision, right?" What was I supposed to say Of course you did!! You threatened to leave if I didn't take your deal. You were a monster. You made one of the worst days of my life. He also let my ex change the numbers at the last minute so he would pay less child support. For 6 years, my ex only had to pay $357/month (total for two kids) even though he made more than twice as much as me and I had the kids 55% of the time. We finally got it adjusted to what it should have been two years ago and he now pays $630 /month. But for 6 years I struggled to feed my kids and pay rent and buy the basics. At one point, a friend brought me gift cards from a church so I could buy groceries. With decent representation, I never would have been in that situation. Stay away from Andrew Arnold if you want a lawyer who actually cares about you and your future.

Mr. Bailey helped me during one of the most difficult times in my life, divorce. He was empathetic, extremely knowledgeable of the law, highly respected in the court room and represented me like he was in my shoes.

This was a complex case which also had a highly confrontational ex-husband. I never felt that Mr. Bailey didn’t have my back and always was an advocate for me and my girls! (One is special needs.)

Even when my emotions were high, Mr. Bailey and his assistant were right by my side. They always checked in on me and were very firm to the opposing party and never took “no” as an option. When you go through a cheating spouse and then divorcing, it’s just exhausting.

I will forever be grateful for his services! I would highly recommend Mr. Bailey to someone looking for an attorney with solid experience, determined and respected in the court of law. Overall, he is just a good person, and it shows in his character and performance in the court.
