Worst experience ever. Applied in January had to call repeatedly. Finally called and actually got thru to talk to someone in Little Rock i May. They told me that I was approved but the system would give them a number because my billing info had never been entered in the August office. Called Augusta right after being told that and was immediately called back with the number. Then I never received the card or approval letter. It's May 31st now. Approximately 3 weeks since being told my number and still nothing. Called and was told it had gone to an address I had over a year ago? I put my current address on the application but it was changed in January...the same month I applied. But evidently they did have my current address because that is the one stated when checking to see if my address was right. Don't k ow what Augusta is doing but it definitely isnt doing their job.

They really don't care about getting you help and will make sure you have to jump through hoops. They never file the right paper work to the right computers or system or whatever other excuse they have. It's a hassle.

I am furious. The person at the front desk gave out my personal information to someone without my permission or knowledge! The fact that my info is not private is outrageous!
