I see Rachel Mcgruder as my therapist and she has been every bit of AMAZING! She has truly transformed my life. She listens to what I have to say and she responds with my best interest in mind.She always accommodates my hectic schedule and she doesn’t complain. I never knew how important therapy was until I started seeing her. She has helped me make positive changes in my life and she truly goes above and beyond for me.

Rachel Magruder is not a good Therapist. She started out to be really good then, she started to call out alot. At least once a week she would text and say she is sick and would have to cancel. Now we are talking mental health clients and she didn't seem to want to listen to my issues about work and home. It would become about her. I think she needs help herself

I see Terry McCormick, she is wonderful! I've been seeing her over a year now and she has helped me so much. I always feel so good after our session. I have learned so many skills to help me cope through life's stresses from her. She is the best!

Nikki is great. She is very easy to talk to. She will get you to be honest with yourself. Meaning she will push you, be ready to get real! Highly recommend Ardent and Nikki!

Horrible experience! The receptionist is incredibly rude and unwelcoming. She does not greet you when you walk in (even after you say hello to her). VERY ODD. Not the person to have in the front. The therapist Chelsea Ohlear has missed her calling to be an elementary school teacher. She loves schooling you on the rules of the clinic as oppose to actually doing therapy. First session she spent 20 mins talking about the rules of the clinic. It was EXCESSIVE and UNNECESSARY. Especially since we read all the rules and policies upon registering for therapy. She has a condescending tone that is incredibly off putting. She also does not dress appropriately. On the second visit same experience. An unwelcoming receptionist and a preschool teacher wanna be therapist. We left. When I asked if I could have corporates phone number so I can express my concerns I was told that Stephen Baynes was “on vacation and probably would not get back to me anytime soon.” Needless to say I cancelled all upcoming appointments. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother wasting your time with going to this clinic. It looks like there is another review on their website that also gave this place a 1 star review. I should’ve done my research upon booking an appointment.
