Stayed here for the first time and we were very impressed with the property. The room was nice and comfortable, clean, comfy bed. My kid loved the free donuts! Pool area was nice and a decent sized pool. Walking distance to The Island and other shops, arcades and go karts. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying here. The employees were very friendly. The rooms clean comfortable beds. Loved the coupons saved a ton of money on breakfast. The grounds are decorated beautifully. Pool was very nice. Loved the location just a 5 minute walk to The Island a lot quicker than driving. We will definitely be back.

We ended up at this hotel by accident. We were supposed to stay at the Inn next door but after seeing it, reading reviews and the vibe we got we drove back to Arbors. It turned out to be a great stay. It was super clean, the staff was great and my son enjoyed their cute pool with supplied pool toys. It was a great location and walkable to a lot of activities in the area. We LOVED Camp Fire Bill! They have a guitarist that sings by a fire table who sang some great songs, was very personable and got the kids involved. They also had s'more supplies if you wanted to make one. It was such a cute Inn with attention to detail!

Beautiful grounds and landscape. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff were super friendly. The pool area was beautiful with rafts and pool toys provided. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided daily. I would have liked to see the snacks rotated instead just Krispy Kremes and fruit. The elevator is slow and the rooms could use blackout curtains instead of just the blinds. However, this would not prevent me from staying there again. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend to friends and family.

This was our third time visiting Tennessee, and out of all the places we’ve stayed, this hotel was by far the best. From the moment we checked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for our family.||||The kids had a blast swimming in the pool, which was well-maintained and never overcrowded. It was a great way for them to unwind after our daily adventures. We also appreciated the convenient location—close to restaurants, attractions, and shopping.||||Breakfast was a nice bonus, gave us a free voucher for right across the street. (Can add all you can eat buffet for $5.00. Highly recommend) We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and kid-friendly stay!||

Love Bill playing music and talking with his audience, fun and family friendly, attention to detail is very obvious, staff friendly and welcoming. You are almost at peak performance for what is possible to be done. Location is very good and breakfast deal great for the families. Love the flowers and landscaping. Not complaining, but would be nice to have another elevator. Keep up the good work.

This place is absolutely beautiful!!! They have everything you need and it is a short walk to the island. The rooms are extra clean and very nice. The walk in shower was huge . I could come here and just hang out and have no need to get back in my car. It is close to several activities and restaurants, all a decent walking distance. Pool and hot tub 24 hours. Such a nice swim at 12 am!!This place is phenomenal!!! We will definitely go back. Updated 8/3/25 . We just got back from a second 4 day stay in the new king luxury room. So beautiful. Everything you need is here. We could stay on the premises and be just perfect. Just leave to eat. Such nice people. So helpful and courteous. We will be back !!!

Great hotel in a phenomenal location for decent prices, right in the middle of the strip at Pigeon Forge. Our room was great, we initially had an issue where our tub was not holding water due to a broken drain plug, but upon asking for help, it was immediately replaced by a very friendly hotel member. You can feel that there is a lot of care that goes into keep this hotel maintained.

The only thing Id say that was a minor issue was breakfast being served across the street, you get a voucher for either free pancakes or a reduced price on the buffet which is well worth the money. This is not walk able as you would need to cross the extremely busy highway that runs down Pigeon Forge, but the small trip is worth it since the breakfast there is very good. Just not as convenient but not a big deal.

Good location for events and nearby tourist destinations. Sometimes can be hard to get to during peak hours and weekends because of popularity with the “Island” traffic. There are some back roads through town you can navigate to make right turns only. Rooms were nice, although a lot of light from parking lot coming into the bedrooms at night. Nice pool, hot tub, and lounge areas outside. Close to restaurants too. Service was very nice and helpful. A lot of bugs in the rooms and some of the cabinets smelled like urine, possibly from bugs or mice.

One of the best places I’ve stayed, ever! It had exactly what I was looking for - centrally located; clean, updated rooms, they even had an adorable towel elephant on the bed to greet you; very friendly staff, with excellent recommendations for truly local eats; nice property with great activities, I showed up too late to catch Bill’s performance but chatting with him after was very nice. We only stayed one night but the Arbor made our trip so great that we will definitely be back when we drive through next year. Book this place! You won’t regret it.

Our stay here was lovely! The room wasn’t very big, but it was spotless, and the lady at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having donuts, fresh fruit, and drinks available behind the counter anytime.

The bathtub in the bathroom was a delightful surprise. My kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool, the evening campfire with live music, and roasting marshmallows to make s’mores—it made our nights feel magical.

If I had to mention one small thing, it would be breakfast. The American-style waffles were delicious, but since we stayed two nights, the kids were ready for something different the next morning.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again!
