Arusyak has been very helpful and punctual when she was helping me start the application process for my wife to come live in the US. This is not a 24 hours place! They don't even answer the phone or call you back on the weekend!
You shouldn't mislead people because probably they looking for notary service on the weekend because it's urgent!
