I love this place! I have been having a hard time in my life and Kelly at APS document services was very compassionate towards my situation and she took the time to take care of my family and I in our time of need. She helped to relieve a great deal of stress from me due to my situation. She is very educated and knows exactly how to do legal documents correctly. She was also willing to meet with me on her day off because I live in the foothills and was not able to come into town any other day. I would recommend APS Document Services to anyone else who is in need of a compassionate, understanding and reliable parallegal.

Sometimes in life you can’t find the person you need, so it’s up to you to become that person. This is how APS Document Services has evolved into the business that it is today. In 2006 Kelly found herself in the midst of a divorce and custody battle that would last for years. She was a stay at home mom with little income and no means of hiring an attorney and so she decided to go back to school to become a paralegal. In 2008 she was hired as a legal document assistant at APS Document Services. She and the owner worked together to build the business, until 2010, when the owner decided to leave the business to pursue other opportunities outside of Fresno.
In 2011, Kelly’s sister, Carissa, walked into the office and told her, “You can pay me to answer your phones from home!” and thus an empire was born. Carissa went to school and received her certification and license this past year. Carissa handles the bankruptcies and business side of APS while Kelly manages the family law paperwork.
APS covers a large spectrum of legal paperwork from family law and bankruptcy to evictions and estate documents. We love what we do and we love getting to do it together. We are constantly evolving and working to streamline our business so that we become the best in the business. We are excited about our future and the people we will meet along the way.

Kelly was the greatest for years, then something went wrong, I paid her ($175.00 to transfer a grant deed of TRUST) too my surprise she closed her office and is nowhere to be found.
