Wooooooow. They didn’t do the conflict of interest check when my ex called in and now have to remove me as a client. There was a “glitch” in the system that has “never happened” before…… They said they will refund my retainer so I’ll keep you updated. Hopefully it was just laziness and not intentional negligence. Guess I’ll have to get a new lawyer on the twenty-second floor or higher.

Positive note: their office Halloween decorations were on point! Also, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

They promised to work my case and said it was an easy win! On the final court hearing they asked me to pay another $1,000 when I have already paid about $20,000. Not reliable. I would NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN! They talk a big game but only want your money.
