Terrible. Only have 14 days to complete the class but they absolutely WILL NOT respond if you call the phone number.

Logged in the first day no problem, and wrote down the password I used when creating the profile (always write down passwords)

Went back the next day and the password didn't work. Whatever, there's usually a 'forgot password' option. Nope. Only way to get a password reset is to call the number. No big deal right?

Called the phone number 6 times now today, starting early in the day and continuing every few hours for the rest of the day, leaving multiple messages asking for them to call me back

They never called me back (today is wednesday) and the message on the answering machine says they are going to be closed this thursday and friday. Already not open on the weekend.

So this is now Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at the very least I lose 5 of my 14 available days to complete the course because of refusal to contact me.

Frustrated and pissed off is an understatement, I rarely leave reviews, but BE WARY OF ASN

I have been a notary for 5 years and have always had the amazing help and experience of the American Society of Notaries through Budget Notary Services. Whenever I have a question I will call and Carly Hayes always answers the phone in a polite and professional manner. I know she probably gets calls from hundreds of notarys a day she remembers my name and takes the time to find out the answers to my most challenging notaries. Carly, I commend you and all of the amazing staff and the American Society of Notaries for the great work that you do in guiding us to serve the public in our duties. Notary stamp was delayed by 3 days when next day delivery was paid for in advance, and promised by customer service. Very slow and unorganized.

Would not recommend. Very hard to contact, when you do speak with them they are rude and unhelpful. Take business elsewhere.
