Honest, Professional & HIGHLY Knowledgeable. Could have charged me to file a patent that probably would not have ever been approved. Instead, explained why my product would have a difficult time going through the process and gave me numerous cheaper & quicker workarounds to protect my IP; and so far, they are working out great. I HIGHLY recommend American Patent & Trademark Law Center, for their incredible customer service, kindness, and professionalism. Christa was top notch. I came to her with an emergency, where I needed a trademark filed ASAP. I called them around 4:30pm yesterday, thinking they would surely be closing. Nope! They answered the phone and spoke with me long enough to send over the necessary documents and ensured that they could have what I needed done first thing this morning.
