Mr. Delgado went above and beyond for my divorce and custody case. It was a high conflict case on the other parties side and my daughter is special needs and needed special accommodations. Mr. Delgado took her needs and put them first and foremost through the entire case. He communicated very well and always made sure I was satisfied with the plan he had drawn up before presenting it to the other side. Trial day I was nervous and he knew that. He helped me stay calm and on top of the importance of all of this to keep my daughter safe!!! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone going through a divorce/custody case. We have consulted with Geraldo and appreciate all his help, the office canceled a consult because we didn’t confirm appointment but they never sent anything to confirm. Explained this to the office staff and they always promise me a call back but never return one. We were ready for Geraldo to take our custody case to court and help us protect our grandson….office staff has other priorities unfortunately….i know it’s not Geraldo as he seems like a very fair, concerned attorney.
