I really enjoy the services provided by Alma's Dual a Ride. Although, Google says they're open 24 hours but If you call them anytime in the evening they're always closed. Definitely doesn't discourage me from riding when I need to, I greatly appreciate the service!

Called for a ride this afternoon from Ithaca to Alma I was told that it would be $2 and they would be on their way so I'm sitting waiting 20 minutes go by I call them and they said yeah you hung up on us we weren't able to tell you we can't pick you up until 4:00! I called them back and was inquiring about my ride he said well you hung up before I could tell you we can't get anybody out there until 4:00. But you just told me somebody would be coming.... He said I'm not going to argue with you. Best customer service ever! Do not recommend!

Called yesterday for a ride today they said be here between 11:30 -11:45 two buses went by but didn't stop . Called them said no one was here to pick up as she is standing in the drive way and I was in the door way. 2 buses just drove on by . Blamed us .

Love dial a ride they are so nice and work with you and yes it may take a little bit if u have to ride the route but if u need to be on time u need to call and set up a regular pick up for a certain time.
