Allsup is a fraud. They don't help you one bit or keep you informed about your case. All interactions in my SSA claim were conducted by me. Allsup did NOTHING but send in the application I filled out. Never contacted me until I was successful in my claim and now wants 25% for doing nothing!! Read the reviews, like I should have prior to contacting them as well as other real SSA attorneys, and you will see I'm not the only person they have stolen from. They do nothing for you. I did everything myself. Useless representation. They don't even have attorneys representing you. I was "represented" by a non lawyer. Stay away from Allsup and go with an attorney who is bond by rules of professional conduct by the state they are registered in. Allsup is a joke!!!!

Allsup did for me what nobody else was able to do. Diagnosed with leukemia six years ago the doctors, nurses and workers at the Yale and Veterans Hospitals in New and West Haven, Connecticut encouraged me to receive a service related disability. If I had to do it all over again, I’d try and get all my paperwork in myself physically, or by having a family member do so. Then, if you’re still denied, Go with an attorney that specializes in disability cases. I did end up getting a reconsideration approved, which actually was bad for me-I found out because it left over the threshold for Medicaid I desperately need for cancer. Anyway, the difference i was denied then approved in reconsideration was that through Allsup, I was able to upload all my medical records and appointments on their website so social security was getting everything. When I relied on just my doctors solely giving records to ssdi they weren’t getting everything I believe that’s why I was denied initially. Did Allsup get me approved? It really didn’t seem like they did anything much, and was horrible at checking in with me about what was going on. So i really don’t know. These people are just advocates, not real lawyers I found out. They boast 400k ppl have won with them. But in 40ish yrs time? That’s not so great I believe

I spoke with Debbie. I love love love how she took her time with me, answered all my questions and gave me a peace of mind that there is help for people like me. Andddd how she made herself available whenever I need her. Now that's customer service. Take it from me who is a customer service rep myself but about to lose this position due to outsourcing, but I know what real customer service is and Debbie provided that for me.
