I discussed my problem with a very nice guy (Nick) less than a week ago. He convinced me to give him a Name, & a birthdate after I shared with him that I did not desire to disclose that (2) pieces of information before the firm acknowledged that I had a case; then I would be glad to provide all personal information needed to process the case.

Unfortunately, Nick called me a couple of days later informing me that some female stated that Allen & Allen would not be able to represent.

I asked WHY ? Nick could not provide me an answer. I seriously disagree in providing names, birthdays, ss #'s, addresses & etc. to attorney firms. WHAT is the purpose ? The firm (obtained) all of your private information
