OMG these guys are awful preying on the innocents. A friend has been charged $8,500.00 so far and all they have done is send them the forms to fill out. They have not submitted the forms to INS. After more than a year they have asked for another $3,500.00 to continue working on his immigrations paperwork. We looked up the forms and for all the forms to be submitted to INS if he had known he could fill them out and submit them himself would have cost him a total of $4,600.00. They have still not submitted his forms because he has not paid them the additional $3,500.00. These guys are sharks looking to see what poor immigrant they can devour. They also had him fill out a form so that all communication with INS would be with them the law firm and not with him at all so he has no idea where he is in the process They told him it could take up to 20 years to get his papers processed. He is from Mexico and they speak Spanish and made it sound so easy to him. I feel sad that people in our free country would treat immigrants this way.

My wife made an appointment with this firm on January 30th, 2025 for Friday January 31st at 2:40 PM.
We paid 150 for a consultation and never heard back. My wife has called many times with no answer. I don't recommend because they maybe scammers. Save your money to avoid headaches.

My husband has been having his work permit for about 4 years now thanks to Alejandra but now we having mixed feeling.
The lawyer office called last week to let my husband know that the immigration is requiring him to get a physical and update all his vaccination which he did last just before we have to pick up his copies he gets a call from the lawyer office he was informed and his request was denied and there is nothing they can do to help him my husband refused to talk to the assistant and wants to talk to the lawyer Alejandra directly but hasn’t been able to get through to her he want more clarification and what is going on with his case my husband has already paid so much money what is he suppose to do his work permit is going to expire in February 2025 this is so frustrating and also me his wife and I’m a US citizen I can’t even help him is ridiculous.

Called to make and appointment when everything was set up they charged a 99$ appointment fee which the receptionist said if there is no way to help or cant find a solution they will refund the money went in and nothing was done no solution or anything they asked the same questions in person as they did over the phone and said nothing could be done expecting us to lie and make up a story basically this is a scam to get you in and waste your time there google review account will probably say they have no record of my appointment just so they dont look bad dont go here people save your money go to better lawyers
