Could not imagine a worse experience at a medical office. They tried to charge me $200 after Ford rudely shrugged me off when I had a necrotic spider bite, saying "never seen that before, good luck." I told them I'd prefer them send a creditor over paying them a cent.

This was a few years ago but I waited to review as a family member still went here. They've since changed primaries, so here we are.

Avoid at any cost!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Alexander Ford today, and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Ford is very nice, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. The staff is incredibly efficient, warm, and welcoming, making the visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Ford and his wonderful team!

The staff are really sweet and nice but Dr. Ford himself needs to work on his professionalism. I took my elderly, blind, special needs friend to an appointment there and Dr. Ford treated his situation with little sympathy or sensitivity. My friend has poor eyesight and trouble dressing himself but Dr. Ford for some reason found is necessary to comment on his appearance and tell him he looked like he “came in off the street”. Totally unprofessional for a doctor to say. Even if he had come in from the street it doesn’t mean your patient is undeserving of care and compassion. Seemed like some kind of petty power move, which is not something you want in a doctor.

My family has seen Dr. Ford for the last 20+ years. I appreciate that his office doesn’t seem like a factory, which many dr offices do these days. Love his no nonsense approach to medicine.

Dr. Ford provides standard service, but the overall experience at his office is unpleasant. Office personnel are not efficient at their jobs. Poor communication with patients on which medical groups they accept. Lots of constant excuses are given for not doing things typical medical offices should do for patients. Unpleasant experience all around from a patient's perspective.

Terrible. By far the RUDEST Physician I've ever visited. Not only was I screamed at over the phone in regards to renewing a prescription for an INHALER but he was completely insensitive when it came to matters of my weight. Would not recommend him to anyone. There are plenty of other doctors in this city.

Dr. Ford and his team are always caring, attentive, and kind. When my insurance coverage changed and my doctor for twenty years was not in my new coverage, I was scared to change doctors, but have been so happy and relieved to find Dr. Ford.

Wow just awful. I called because my prescription was randomly canceled... and I speak to the front desk that actually had the audacity to laugh at me! 1.) Anyone can do your job sweetheart. 2.)making a doctors appointment with someone new in the Beverly Hills area. This man obviously only cares about money since he just noticed he hasn’t got money from me lately so he just cancels my off a prescription he has my body on!!!!
