They got the job done. There was a few missed calls and communication here and there yet they are knowledgeable.

I found out the status of my case by logging into the Riverside County Family Law site and could track the process my self. I knew that my case was completed on 9/26/24.

They finally emailed me today 10/17/24 to inform me the of the Judge had Granted my Divorce.

Found about this very helpful office of professionals, by just calling around after a few bad referrals that other people gave me prior to them , and did not help me very well, this is a very serious matter and lots of $$$$ if u don't get the proper help for our family and you only get 1 chance finally took matters in my own hands and called around was so determined to find the right help, by chance I ran into them omgggggggggg Praise God for them they know what to do with this agendas at courts, ADS have saved me so many headaches and heartache in this process to my poor family, I'm a single mom of 4 boys and I'm fighting for them , came back to finish my judgment with them I'm almost done and she found out my ex husband's lawyers office did it all wrong no way , came back with them to help me and guide me to finish this divorce case; I feel more at peace thank u Theresa and Brenda you love what u do I can definitely tell takes lots of patience so looking for my new life ahead ❤️

I am very disappointed with their service. Please read the good and bad review on this company before you choose to go and filed your papers here. All the bad review that they left is correct based on my experience.
I filed my papers last 2022 regarding my divorce and custody. They are nice in the beginning until this year 2024, I'm waiting for my judgement. I thought there is no problem at all coz I don't hear anything from them until I looked at my profile online and check what happen because they never follow up. I keep calling and following up what happen to my divorce. I checked my account and it says return mail from the court. I called them it seems they don't want to assist me anymore. When I spoke to therese she give me an option if I want to pick it up in the court or want me to wait and I said I can wait. Its been one month before they process my mailed back and when I called whats the reason why I got my mailed back for my judgement and she didn't say anything. Then after that I never heard again from them until I checked again online and it says for the second time around i got my mailed return again so I keep calling them until I went to my vacation. When I came back I called them and they said they did everything on their part and they don't know why I received a mail back from the court. I just found out its because they have a mistake on my divorce paper. They corrected my judgement paper but they forgot to correct one of my paper in divorce to remove the child support thats the error. I keep calling them and Brenda said she went on vacation for 2 weeks then after that I keep calling she said they will give me a call back but they never did until one day I call Brenda even the other assistant and explain whats the error on my paper and I felt like I'm begging them to help me out even though I paid for it and its not my mistake. I'ts their mistake for not checking the whole paper of my divorce before submitting my judgement to court. When I spoke to brenda she said that Theresa was behind from all the customers. I was so frustrated the way they treated me because I am also a customer but seems they don't care at all. She said If you want to wait and I said you know I am willing to wait but I dont know how long should I wait she said I dont know. How can I wait if I don't know how long should I wait. She said If I told you , you will keep calling. As a customer I was concern of my divorce paper. I choose them coz I trusted them but ended up disappointing me. She said if you want you can correct by yourself. I mean I came here for them to help me out but didnt help me out until my divorce was done. I ended up looking for someone else. The person who helped me was fast and accurate she said I dont understand your paper is easy and they cant help you.
I will not recommend this place at all !!! Checked there yelp review too. What goes around comes around.

My girlfriend has been trying to finalize her divorce with them since 2022. They keep making mistakes (which they force her to pay them to fix), and they filed her papers wrong (which my GF found out by checking the status herself, they wouldn’t have said anything). They gave her an attitude when she called to have them fix the latest mistake (literally one line on one paper), which is why she’s going elsewhere for this service. In my opinion they were taking advantage of her since she is not from this country and were milking her for all the money they could. Do not trust them.
