Peter is a very unprofessional mediator. When asked questions he gets irritated and uses a tone of voice to talk that is extremely disrespectful which for someone who is supposed to be able to mediate and holds a psychology degree is extremely alarming. When confronted about the way he was talking to me Peter said to me "you are irritating me." Who talks like that? This is supposed to be a man that can mediate and help people to agree and he can't even maintain his own composure. I treated Peter with the utmost respect using a kind tone of voice the entire time no matter how he treated me his actions and way of being were completely unprovoked. I would not recommend Peter to anyone if you want to be treated with kindness and respect please seek out another mediator. He is cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. There was no meltdown whatsoever I kept cool calm and collected the entire time and Peter is trying to to spin it on me to save his reputation. In fact I have video of the whole incident. Not only is he unprofessional but he is a really sad liar. It’s quite unfortunate that someone that is supposed to be so well put together and a professional acts the way that he does and tries to spin things to take advantage of others. Nice try Peter but you and I know you are a very sad liar maybe you should talk with someone about your mental health lol.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Peter. After my soon-to-be ex-husband left a negative review, Peter responded by violating my privacy and breaching lawyer-client confidentiality—something that is supposed to be sacred. He discussed personal details of my life that were not only irrelevant but also fabricated a conversation that never took place. What’s worse, his actions appeared to violate the Americans with Disabilities Act. His lack of professionalism and disregard for client confidentiality is shocking. Rather than handling the review with any level of professionalism, he chose to exploit my personal life in a public setting. To make matters worse, he’s already changed his reply three times, yet each version still includes lies and further invades my privacy. I would not trust him at all, and I am planning to report his illegal actions. This behavior is completely unacceptable and makes it clear that professionalism and confidentiality mean nothing to him. Be cautious who you trust during your most vulnerable time.

Update: To make matters worse, Peter failed to complete my basic paperwork. I reached out to Peter multiple times via text, but he refused to respond. When I called and recorded our conversation, he told me he wouldn’t finish the job—despite being fully paid—unless I removed this review.

After consulting new counsel, it’s clear that there were many other aspects of my basic divorce paperwork that Peter also failed to handle properly. Horrifying experience!
