The lady was super rude when I asked in the nicest way to repeat herself. I asked “pardon?” And she said the same exact thing but slower as if I’m stupid. She was also sorta raising her voice for no reason. I’m sorry to inconvenience you, but that wasn’t the way to represent the firm I once respected.

Mr Dluski seemed very competent and confident after our initial consultation.
He sent a letter to my husband stating:
Pursuant to my conference with your wife, we are due in court on July 7, 2016 at 1:15 pm for a hearing on Extension of Order of Protection. Please plan on meeting me in Court on said date.

He was advised this was only to continue the hearing to familiarize himself with the case and my husband went alone, without any evidence or witnesses as Mr. Dluski had all that information. He sent his associate Steve Bush who never read the paperwork, never knew anything about my husbands case, and never met him to only continue it.

Mr. Bush failed. He couldn't represent or cite the reasons for continuance.
The Judge involved would not let my husband in the court room and advised if he opened his mouth again he would be held in contempt.

I am requesting a refund for the retainer less the initial consult fee.
I am waiting to hear back from Mr. Dluski as he was to personally handle this case and did not.

I would not recommend Mr. Bush for any civil cases as he did not perform or show any competence in the family court area.
