This education law firm is renowned for its exemplary advocacy in the realm of education rights. In addition to providing legal representation, the firm offers extensive training programs designed to assist parents in comprehending assessments. Should Adams be unable to accept your case, Adams nonetheless imparts invaluable counsel on effectively advocating for your child and engaging proactively in the IEP process. The attorneys at this firm are exceptionally trained and possess specialized expertise in education law. My experience with this firm was outstanding, and I have recommended their services to numerous parents who have similarly benefited from their support in securing their children's educational entitlements.

I was so happy with the results of this firm. Wendy was on it. Results were within days of reaching out. If you or someone you know has issues with IEP’s or you need someone to advocate for you this is the place!!! They are loving, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Can’t say enough great things about them!

I was having trouble getting our school district to place my son in an appropriate special education program. Even with an IEP, they were telling me that there was only one class available, "take it or leave it". The class that they were offering was completely inappropriate for my son. It did not fit his needs at all.

I had just 1 call with Ms Adams, and everything changed. She gave me amazing advice and my next conversation with the school district was completely different. All of a sudden they had a great program available. A class with just 6 kids and 2 teachers that completely matched his IEP.

I guess you just have to have the right person in your corner in order to get results.

Thank you so much, Ms Adams!

I would like to post a 5 star plus rating for this resourceful legal advocate for my daughter and I. My daughter is currently in an out of state NPS residential treatment through her IEP with our So Cal school district. I came to know my ADAM’s firm attorney, Terri, through a happenstance referral at a time of real crisis that my daughter was never going to get the level of care she desperately needed. As a single, working parent I didn’t have the resources at my disposal to hire an attorney to represent us, and the miracle of ADAMS taking my case (following a thorough intake) and collecting fees after placement (through the district) allowed me to have legal support up front. NPS placement through any school district is very difficult to get even when absolutely necessary, as it’s very expensive. This firm’s support and skilled advocacy saved my daughter’s life and by extension mine. Being a parent of an adopted child can bring additional challenges emotionally and physically that I never could have imagined. My daughter’s treatment is going really well and she’s making really good progress. Had she not been taken to treatment when she did we’d have trouble with the law or far worse. They were with me every step of the process with a very professional and compassionate approach. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

DO NOT make the mistake I made and allow this team to even begin looking at your case. They will not represent you or your child, and will represent themselves.

Jean Adams with Gail Hodes failed to inform us of important deadlines for tort claims, while not addressing grievous civil liberty violations on a 7 year old. The settlement they did arrange was poorly created with horrible oversight and in fact Gail Hodes wasn't even capable of doing the leg-work, she had me do it! She is a joke, and so are their services. They will DO NOTHING but serve themselves and ignore your real concerns, and insist on speaking on the phone vs ever making declarations in writing. This is the first thing that set off my red flags that they were less than ethical.

This is not the team you want creating ANY settlement for your children. They should be brought to task to defend malpractice, in truth.

I worked with Adams Esq on a personal incident and I have to say they are pretty amazing. They always answer questions quickly and are very informative. I truly feel as if they are there for the right of special education and help their clients like they are all a family. I highly recommend the firm.

Totally impersonal and indifferent communication and correspondence. Waste of time.
