Horrible lawyers extremely poor services they make it seem like they are very good law firm when you come with a new case but they use you & Mistreat you once you sign those papers this whole firm is a fraud i recommend looking for another lawyer or find way out I don’t recommend this fraudulent firm to no one proceed with caution when dealing with them! Just read the other reviews trust me you don’t want to work with them.

I been trying to reach out to them phone, email, fax, voicemails your name it. Is been 5 years that they took my workers comp and haven’t had any follow up for at least a year. They just take advantage of the people. This is soo no ethical if there someone out there with the same problem report them to the Illinois Supreme Court to investigate this business.

I had Emiliano Perez jr as my lawyer for my work comp case, It was plenty of times I reached out to mr.perez and he has not got back to me in any type of way I even emailed and left voicemails over 3months.
I finally call today and get ahold of him he had attitude about everything, questions that I was cornered of because I was getting paid or near was I getting therapy.
He told me to contact my doctor for therapy while time he set up my appointment with my job insurance and the doctor their never gave me his info or a referral for therapy I reached out to Perez to ask can he contact my job that provided me with that doctor for a referral due to me having a lawyer and tryna sue I can not contact my job or my corporation office due to my on going case.
Me Perez continue to over talk me and tried get off the phone but I continue to say “I feel like I’m not getting any help I have issues and your tryna rush me off the phone”
His reply was “THATS FINE ILL WITHDRAW FROM YOUR CASE, find another lawyer!”

Nobody is helpful their but the young lady that pick up the phone and transfer my calls.

I’m writing this review to comment on the lack of integrity exhibited by Attorney Emiliano Perez. Attorney Perez used the medical/billing information provided by our office for his clients case. I called every three to six months for four years to update the case status. The case settled. Now the attorney and his paralegal will not accept or return calls. If this is his and or the firms standard of practice how dishonorable!!!

I was really unsatisfied with the service I received from Luis Aceves. I was involved in a automobile accident were I wasn’t at fault. He did get me a chiropractor but after that he didn’t contact me anymore. Not only that but he doesn’t respond to any of my calls. I have no clue what happened with my case and for that I’m really upset with his service.
