Let's talk about the experience from the beginning.. as soon as you walk in you are greated and asked how may you be helped. On top of that you are offered tastey treats and a variety of refreshments. If your appointment time is at a certain time, you pretty much get seen right away. What I absolutely love about this place is how everything is explained to you. While filing your taxes the accountant explains everything that they are doing. This makes the whole experience very pleasant and comforting.
