If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for my 93 year old mother to have documents signed and notarized. Confirmed the date, address, phone number and time (which I am happy to post the texts if needed) but she never showed. I texted and called to make sure nothing happened but no answer. I waited an texted again because sometimes things happen and even asked to reschedule......nothing!
At this point all I can say is that I would not recommend this person at all. She is unreliable, to leave an 93 year old woman waiting and never to call, text...nothing. I will be hiring a different mobile notary and recommend that anyone looking for a notary that is dependable and reliable do the same.

Fantastic experience! Mrs. Stella met me at the FAY airport as we had planned prior. She arrived about an hour early, which helped me out as I did not realize how long signing would take. My wife was flying home from reserve annual training. We had a very small window to have everything done so that the paper work could be mailed out just minutes after signing. I was flustered due to the stress of trying to make this very short deadline. She kept a calm, collected, and professional demeanor at all times and took charge of the situation. I was able to make my deadline by the skin of my teeth due her help. The next morning g she reached out to check up on me and that I was able to make said deadline. I recommend her services to anyone needing a mobile notary and will absolutely use her services again.
