I hired Andrew last year to help create a deed to remove my ownership in a timeshare. I paid Andrew $400 in our initial phone call. It took at least 6 months for Andrew to draft the deed. During my time working with him he hardly communicated and I had to continually call and email him for updates. We finally got the deed done and it was Andrew's responsibility to record the deed at the county recorder's office. Months later when I went to retrieve the deed online, it was not there. Andrew never recorded the deed. I contacted him to correct whatever mistake was made and he agreed to draft the deed and have it recorded again. After months of calling and following up the deed was still not finished. I called Andrew again to get an update and he told me that he would refund my money. This was a few months ago. I've tried to call Andrew over the last few weeks and now my calls are not going through. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a person providing a professional service.
