We are an attorney referral service for CDL truck drivers and our attorney we used in this area for many years retired, before she retired she highly recommended Attorney Jahnis Abelite. We done all of our back ground and state bar checks and everything looked good so we called Attorney Jahnis Abelite; he was very upfront and honest about the court procedures, fees we great, he knew CDL law so we gave him a shot. We used him on a CDL truck driver that got a minor speeding ticket in his personal vehicle. Sounds simple, BUT its not. Attorney Jahnis Abelite understood the incredible impact a violation can be on a CDL driving record and that the driver would be at risk of losing his employment. He fought very hard for our driver and kept us up to date through out the entire process. We got great results on our case; we couldn't be more pleased with the level of service we received. We will be using him again!!!

I hired Abelite a few years ago for for a friend of mine who was dealing with some outstanding traffic violations in multiple counties. He not only is an "outside the box" thinker but went to battle in court with us is a couple different county courts. He did an outstanding job and the outcome was better than expected. Abelite Law Office is great place to go if you need assistance with a speeding ticket. My family, over the years, has had about half a dozen speeding tickets or so and all have been removed from the record thanks to Abelite Law Offices. He is well worth the fee.

Mr. Abelite just handled my latest ticket it was removed from my record completely. I will be using Mr. Abelite for all my tickets from here on out. I am very very pleased with his service.

Abelite Law Offices is a bad lawyer.
The ticket was a 5 over and he couldn't even get it off. He needed to be up front that he actually doesn’t know how to get tickets off.

I have always been an aggressive driver and usually get 10-20 over speeding tickets and use my lawyer Jon Zimmerman of seattle. He gets off every ticket.
He is so worth the extra 400 dollars.

This lawyer is not good at his job and isn’t honest that he doesnt actually know how to get tickets of. I Recommend to NOT USE HIM. Instead contact jon zimmerman if you need to get a ticket off for any reason.
I literally can testify for Jon that he has gotten off a ticket for me in almost every county from Bellignham to Spokane to Pullman to Vancouver WA. He is the best lawyer hands down. So irritated in myself i was trying to save money by using a lawyer in the same county instead of paying the extra 400 for Jon to travel to the location.

Again this Lawyer is terrible.
DO NOT USE HIM he can't do anything for you and its a scam and wastes your money by not only having to pay him for his service but then you have to pay for the ticket and then it goes on your record, and your insurance will go up. All around bad deal and worth paying a lawyer that can get it off.
