Obviously a black woman answered with completely rude. I asked her question and she asked a question back. I asked her a simple background information between 60-day notice versus eviction. She assumed that I was a tenant and she said she does not work with tenants. I'm actually A homeowner Needing advice. Then she hung up in my face. Be careful, very poor customer service.

OUTSTANDING! They will fight for you and they will get your property restored to you. Do not mistake this woman’s competence, focus and efficiency for rudeness. If you want someone who is tough and knows the eviction process and laws, this is the one. Worth every penny.

When I called for help with a non-english person who's seeking services, the person who answered the phone was really rude. She states "we do not help people who doesn't speak english, there's no way to help them". This is discrimination and should be reviewed. Its prejudice against non-english speakers. Super unprofessional how she spoke to me over the phone and how she hung up on me. She even stated even if they have the forms filled out and just wants them to review it, they can't because they don't speak "spanish" and goes on to say "we don't have attorneys to give legal advice" I told her but it says in your webpage you have attorneys for legal advice. I asked if they have an interpreter service and she hung up on me.
