I stopped at A-1 Mail to send out some packages. I wanted some to go UPS and others to go out US mail. A-1 Mail made it easy for me to do both with just one stop. The customer service was great and I was very happy with the way I was treated. This made my afternoon go smoothly and left me time to do other things. CVS was right next door so I had time to pick up some household items at the same time. Highly recommend

Beware of price-gouging for mobile livescan.

I used their mobile fingerprinting service in order to complete a livescan application for a public notary. Typically, rolling fees (the fee to roll your fingerprints) are about $25 and the government application fees are about $25. The total for livescan, then, is about $50.

Their office is located only a couple blocks from my office and the livescan operator (Tejal Munsif) charged me $220 to drive a couple blocks to me. I was never quoted a price and would never have agreed to such an unfair price.

Went for livescan prints. Was easy, fast, and was in and out quickly. Friendly service and the price was better than competitors. Very happy I went here.

Unfriendly lady at the front said I could email her the label and they would print it so I could ship my package. Then said she would charge me three dollars for labor. Ridiculous.

Just got yelled at by a random staffer for parking by the back door. "iTS reSErvEd!!"

No signs. No notification. No nothing.

Seems like an A-1 problem to have. Maybe take it up with the landlord, get your spot painted. And ditch the terrible attitude, lady in a Vans hat!!

Prices of rental boxes are not competitive at all. As well various up charges if mail comes in for different names but to the same address/your box. I have been doing detail research on pricing and features and wanted to use them because they are close, but sadly their prices turned me away.
