I needed to have my FBI criminal history apostilled in order to complete my permanent resident visa in Brazil. I found several companies in the DC area, but settled on this one because of the generally positive reviews and their pricing was competitive. I called and spoke with someone first who was very helpful. He told me in order to expedite my request I should write a letter to the Department of State explaining my need. I did so and it apparently worked! I got my document in two weeks and a couple of days. Otherwise it would likely have taken a month or more.

They were friendly, efficient, and less expensive than their competitors. My daughter had lost her passport so we had the extra complication of having to get her papers verified at the post office. Needed to expedite passport renewals for our three children and myself. This service was worth it. Top notch customer service. They helped us every step of the way with the online applications, visit to the post office, and hand delivering our paperwork to the office in D.C. Great experience with this company. They told us it would take 5-8 business days and our passports arrived on the 5th day! They did warn us that there was a chance they could be delayed but it didn't happen this time. I needed to renew my passport urgently, as I was due to fly within 10 days and my passport was expiring within a month. I contacted A Washington Travel & Passport Visa Services and they were able to get my passport renewed within a week! I was incredibly impressed with their speed and efficiency.

The process was very efficient. I simply filled out an online form and provided expiring passport. They sent my Passport renewal application on Tuesday and I received my new passport on Friday!

We found this place one month ago when we were trying to renew our passports. We didn't have enough time to risk the regular processing time (4 to 10 weeks) offered by the Department Of State to deliver the passports because our travel date was too close. VISADC and their staff were so nice that, they went beyond to find out where we can get a hand carry on passport application place that could help speeding the process.

It was a "life saver" for our family when we got the passports derived to us just after 4 days. Since then, we have been recommending customers to them and they are very satisfied with their services. Special thanks to the whole staff.
