COMPLETE SCAM and has fake positive reviews. I already made a review, but it will not allow me to reply to his or mine. We were on the phone for about 30 min or so. I was giving him my story, as he asked, and he interrupted me numerous times with rude accusations and comments, not listening to what I was actually saying. And ended up hanging up on me, although I was cordial and patient with having to repeat things that I already mentioned because he didn't listen the first time I said them. He may not have put me in the system, which is on him, but we definitely had a conversation. He definitely asked for and was given my name and the other party's name and the courthouse we've attended. He was very rude and condescending. I was just looking for help with my case and I would not advise anyone to call for his "services". He, it/his "company" IS a scam and he is NOT trustworthy. I had completely waisted my time, thinking he could/would help.

Rich and the team are experts at mediation and have been doing this for years. If you want to cut down on the expense, and not see all your money go to lawyers fees, then mediation is the way. And A Fair Way mediation is THE way to do it. At times of high emotions, Rich's Cool manner and calmness is what is needed... highly recommend A Fair Way Mediation

Biased on wifes side. In my opinion he is a poor communicator. Likes to call or email spouse without including the other party as if he is her personal advisor. I would not recommend his services.

We had a pleasurable experience with Rich, he was very communicative and neutral. I would definitely recommend a fairway mediation center.

A mediator is supposed to actually be “neutral”, be in the middle, and not take “sides”. Biased towards the party who is paying for his “services”. Wouldn’t recommend.
