very unprofessional, she never followed up with me on anything. she fails to answer or return calls. everything i expressed to her was quickly told to the other parent & stirred up. as a mediator, I didn’t think it was her job to make things harder. she's definitely in the wrong field & it makes sense as to why she is now not in an office & working from home.
will not ever recommend her to anyone.
don’t waste your money or time with her.

Never returns phone calls or answers her phone. Multiple messages with time sensitive questions followed up by emails and yet you get nothing, except the opportunity to spin your wheels and hope you don’t get hosed in the process. The paperwork was processed and the divorce was finalized. Never informed us that it was done. Horrible, practically non-existent communication. Staci, stop taking new clients if you’re unable to give decent service to the ones you have. You seemed like a nice lady, but you are clearly in over your head, or at least that’s what I choose to believe. Otherwise you would have to be indifferent and uncaring to treat people this way. Please people, don’t use her. You’ll be full of anxiety and fear with no one there to help you through the process.

Staci does not communicate well with clients. She does not reliably answer calls or emails and often leaves clients in the dark. I had to call and email multiple times to have any idea what was happening with our divorce proceedings. And there were multiple points in the process that she did not seem to follow through with what she said she would do or had done. I was very disappointed with the service she provided.

Staci is wonderful. Easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. We didn't need to hire any attorneys and ended up with pretty much what we would have even if we did. I would highly recommend 'A Clear Choice Mediation' and saving yourself a lot of stress, time and money.

The worst mediator in the valley ! Stacy is unprofessional and has no regard for the law or children’s welfare or court signed documents already in place or proof of neglect and abuse . Her demeanor was we were in her way and wasting her time . I did not feel an attempt to mediate my case was made. More of a watch let them hash it out and that’s that attitude as well as a very uninvolved approach to the card at hand . I truly felt I could have saved my money and taken the other person in my case out to dinner and had the same outcome and saved hundreds of dollars. As well it has been over a month and nothing has been sent regarding our sessions to me which was supposed to happen within a week. Very very disappointed in how my case was handled and will not return or recommend them to the court . As if it does go to court I am going to explain to the judge how it was handled and ask it to be disregarded for the lack of professionalism and courtesy in the case and that is one thing we both agree on .

I have no idea how this woman is even in business! We showed up on time and she never showed up for our meeting! We sat there for 49 minutes! She wouldn’t respond to text messages or calls. Do not waste your time.

Easy to work with. However there was a lack of efficient communication which dragged out the process a little longer than desired but Staci will get the job done.
