I did my with this place for the 2023 year. Not only where the taxes done wrong sent wrong, but none of my deductions were deducted not only that, but she said she said she tried to file for my corporation due to escort from the C Corp. and when I talk to a IRS, none of that was done so she lied to my face and then when I asked her OK well then we need to get a payment plan because you know owe a lot of taxes for something that I know I shouldn’t have, but I was like I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. not only did not do that but when she told me she worked countless hours on my taxes come to find out they were done last minute and just thrown into the IRS. I definitely can’t say enough about this place being not the right fit for small business or a company and she was very rude when I come back at her and I told her we aren’t done right I asked her a lot of questions me and my wife both and it was the attitude. Oh are you? Are you questioning what I’m doing well because these aren’t none of deductions were added so I would recommend to stay away from this place as far as you can be.

For years, I was doing my taxes on Turbo Tax and decided to seek help from a tax expert this year to make sure that I was doing it correctly. I messaged Nichell through Yelp in the late evening thinking I'd get a response the following day. To my surprise, she responded within minutes to let me know that she was more than willing to help me. She was very friendly and responded to my questions via email SOOO quickly. Such a genuine person and definitely seems like someone who values her clients.

The highlight of filing my taxes here is the superstar Nichelle. This girl has been doing this for a long time and you will notice that in her work.

Nichelle knows every nook and cranny of getting you a good tax refund. What I appreciate the most is that not only is she knowledgeable, but she is a great teacher. She prepares you for your next tax return, which is great for someone who doesn’t know much about it.

I did my taxes with Nicole for 2018. I was contacted by the IRS to let me know they taxes were handled not professionally. They asked me to pay 141k because the person didn’t do it right. Even though I have provided all the information. I emailed Nicole back and she was unprofessional and couldn’t admit her mistakes and said if you want me to fix it the fee is $200. She charge expensive in the first place $150. I did it last year for $100 and the guy was super professional and nice to talk to. Stay away from this place. Charge lots of money, poor quality, no experience, they think they do great but can’t admit the mistakes. I will report this to IRS as well to make sure this office get a citation.
