This was my first time coming here. I needed help filing divorce documents. Karen was nice and filed them for me. After a few months I kept receiving back my documents stating that stuff was not filled out correctly. Karen was nice enough to meet up with me everytime and help correct it. The issue is that I had to keep going back to her to fix stuff that was missed. I met up with Karen at least 15-20 times to fix mistakes. I first opened up my case in August 2020 with Karen. The last time she helped file anything was back in January 2022. This divorce was prolonged for almost 2 years because paper work wasn't filled out correctly. Not only did I waste my time and money but in the end I had to hire someone else to fix my paper work which was a mess. The person I hired was very helpful and told me little things were not thoroughly checked and filled out. The new person I hired fixed all my paper work and requested I see a judge which the judge granted yesterday , I am now fully divorced and have full custody of my kids. If it wasn't for the new person I would have had to go back to Karen. She is a nice person but I don't know if it was just my case she didn't really care about. I am not happy with the services I hired Karen to do. Customer beware.

I went to karen i needed help with something the irs sent me about my taxes. I never got an update from her and now she has my number blocked also i believe i owe the irs 4000 to 5000 dollars. Thanks a lot miss karen.
