I very rarely write reviews about anything but I cannot recommend Michael Foster enough! I recently had a landlord / tenant issue that I initially tried to resolve on my own. But the other side was being extremely difficult and refusing to resolve or settle the dispute. I ended up contacting Michael. Michael really took the time to listen and understand my issue. He explained all of my options and ultimately was able to get the matter resolved entirely to my satisfaction. I ultimately got everything I was asking for from the other party and I couldn't be happier.

I’m going to make this short and simple. I called Mr. Foster one day for a consultation. He called me back and took out his valuable time to consult me. I was basically either getting turned down due to other law firms being busy or they were trying to charge me two arms and two legs just for a simple consultation. As soon as we started talking, he was strictly business and got right to the point. Not only that, he actually has a great since of humor despite of the seriousness of the current situation that I am faced up against. I’m glad I answered my phone when he called me back, because if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have a trustworthy lawyer on speed dial.

I would give Minus —1 star if I could.

I sent a message via AVVO laser services and he blatantly told me that any message he gets from here, he considers garbage and throws them out.
He did not believe I was a real client. He literally asked if I was just a marketer?!

When I explained needing assistance with a template or creating a template for wholesales or flips - he kept saying if I was real client? WTH I am asking a legitimate question.

I apologized because I was not sure if I was asking the right questions, or using the right terms, but he again said, are you a marketer?

I told him I was a realtor and I was new and starting this portion of my business -

he again, did not care. He could have looked me up online at that moment or said he would call me back and find me online, but instead he was super impolite.

I told him I was sorry he was so jaded and clearly this relationship would not work out - he hung up on me.

Wow, wow, wow. I have NEVER encountered anyone to give such awful customer service on the phone.
