I’ve just completed the return of a “lemon” car with Benjemin Beck’s very capable assistance. If you were lost and didn’t know what to do it would help to have a printed map, but it would be much better to have someone who knew the area take you by the hand and lead you. That is just what Mr. Beck did through this whole long process. In addition to knowing the law he knew when and how to calm me down and encourage me so I wouldn’t freak out.
