Edited: After they knew what happened from my review, Eric reached out to me and fixed all the problems. Within a week, Problems solved!! my case is approved from court. Thank you Eric so much for his hard working and contacted the court to find out what was wrong with my case. Will recommend to friends and family in the future.

Unprofessional. After I submitted everything they asked for but after couple months still asked me to send more because the court asking for missing documents. Isn’t that something they should have told me to provide since the beginning? My case should be easy because my record is clean but I have been waiting for over 5 months until now and still no progress. What they can do is just telling to go to the court and check on the case myself when I ask them. Very disappointed!!

Paid extra for expedited name change service, they followed up with an email full of hidden fees. Paid the hidden fees anyway and heard nothing for a week. Called the office the following Friday to follow up because I was starting to get concerned and finally reached an apathetic sounding male who claimed “all the finance people are out of the office” and that I should “wait longer”.
Two weeks later it turns out that they never filed my paperwork at all and have “no record” of my invoice being paid. Now I am in a dispute with PayPal and I have to push my wedding date back while I figure things out with a different service. I wish I could give 0/5 stars, this company is a scam.

My wife has not received a response from anyone after paying her invoice 3 days ago. She has emailed and called multiple times just to insure payment has been received and an update. We are starting to worry if this business is legit or not. Her name is J. Garcia changing to C. Cabezudo.

Update: After my initial review my wife was contacted via email by the person handling her application whom we now know as the owners wife. We were just worried about being scammed when we didn’t hear back via email or phone call. It may have been the email was lost in her inbox due to a high volume of emails. I want to change my review from 1 star to 5 star because the owner took his time to look into our case and make sure my wife was updated immediately. Thank you so much for all of your help and service. We do appreciate everything EZnamechange is doing for us and will recommend to anyone looking for a smooth easy process.

So happy I found EZ Name Change! Just came from court where my grandson received certified copies of the court order granting his name change. The cost was very reasonable compared to the hassle of trying to do it all yourself. They handled everything as promised and within the timeframe we expected. All we had to do was complete the initial application, sign the petition they prepared and show up at court. They did all the filing, advertising, etc. They kept us well informed throughout the process, including a lot helpful written information to guide us.
