Mi familia hablo con Elba Rodriguez de la oficina de San Mateo y la verdad que la consulta fue muy fea y rara. La señora se la paso diciendo cosas feas y metiendo miedo a mi familia. En vez de ayudarlos o guiarlos. La señora dijo muchas cosas sin fundamentos.eh irrelevantes al tema que se estaba tocando. No voy entrar en muchos detalles pero la actitud de la señora fue muy despiadada y arrogante. Me da mucha tristeza y enojo que organizaciones como esta que se supone que deberían de ayudar, se dediquen a humillar. Especialmente es muy triste ver que entre latinos siempre tratamos de atacar al otro en vez de ayudarlos.

My family spoke with Elba Rodriguez from the San Mateo office and the truth is that the consultation was very strange. The lady spent the entire consultation saying mean things and frightening my family, instead of helping them. I'm not going to get into details but the lady's attitude was very ruthless and arrogant. It makes me very sad that organizations like this that are supposed to help, have staff like Elba who humiliates the people she is supposed to help.

Confié en ellos y entregue todo el documento que fue requerido y solo archivaron mis caso de visa U por dos anos en su oficina y ni siquiera lo enviaron nunca a migración 🙁 me isieron creer por más de dos anos que arreglarían mi problema y no isieron nada solo me isieron perder dos anos de falsas esperanzas…que tristeza

Diana Otero , salió en tv hace poco diciendo que podia apoyar con ciertos tramites de inmigracion "y no solo D.A.C.A"pero cuando hablo para pedir informacion y una cita dicen que no saben nada de eso y que ellos financialmente solo apoyan a los de Daca y a ella nunca la he podido encontrar he dejado mensajes y nunca me devolvio ninguna llamada. Pésimo servicio en Caridades Católicas. Nunca contestan llamadas y no te saben dar información correcta.
