Goralka Law Firm does an outstanding job in preparing Trust Documents. They are very knowledgeable, including the office staff, and make the process very smooth by providing answers to your questions in a timely matter. They provide a binder with all of the trust documents enclosed with tabs so it is easy to locate the sections as needed. Their fee is very reasonable, also. I highly recommend the Goralka Law Firm to anyone that requires a new Trust on an updated Trust.

Goralka Law Firm initially helped my elderly mother with her trust and then restating it after her husband passed away. This alone went very smooth and was handled professionally through all the steps and paperwork.
Unfortunately, after her husband passed away, an issue arose with the county that involved her property being re-assessed in error, which caused a huge increase in her property taxes.
John and his team were a great help in getting this issue resolved. They agreed to file the necessay paperwork with the county along with copies of her trust that were needed to verify that her property never changed hands. John's team stayed in close contact with us by answering all our questions and emails promptly.

Our experience with the Goralka Law Firm in Sacramento, Natomas area was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. We needed to update and renew our outdated Living Trust. The Goralka Law Firm made the process easy with the questionnaire they sent out, used an encrypted website for us to upload the information to. Once all information was provided, we met with John (Owner) via video conference to go over our needs and what we were planning. John made recommendations to simplify our process for future needs should the Trust have to kick in plus simplified our need to go around making changes. Once we were done with the video call Goralka Law Firm prepared the package and we had our final meeting in person to review and sign the paperwork and we were done!

After doing extensive research on the Internet to find the best estate planning and family living trust attorney in the Sacramento area, my spouse and I narrowed it down to two firms. We had a free phone consultation with one of the firms and were impressed with what we found out. The other firm, the Goralka Law Firm, offered a free seminar which my spouse and I attended. In the seminar, which lasted about two hours, John Goralka presented a very convincing case for using his firm by going through the many mistakes that people can make when establishing an estate plan. This two-hour presentation gave ample time to interact with John and see how he thoroughly addresses these potential mistakes with his very comprehensive trusts. The seminar gave us much more confidence in using the Goralka Law Firm than the phone consultation we had with the attorney at the other firm, so we chose John to do our trust. We were not disappointed. The whole process from filling out the detailed questionnaire, to interacting with the friendly and competent staff, to our original meeting with John to review our specific parameters for constructing the trust, to the final meeting with John and the signing of the trust and all the related documents went very smoothly. We are extremely happy with our trust, and feel confident that we made the right choice in selecting the Goralka Law Firm. The trust was more expensive than the average living trust, but we are happy we spent the extra money to get the best product available. Saving money on your living trust can cost much more than the money saved if your trust is not constructed in the comprehensive manner John’s trust is. We have the most basic trust you can get from John, and our trust document itself is 64 pages. When combined with all the supporting documents of the trust, there are approximately 300 pages. We highly recommend John Goralka and the entire staff of the Goralka Law Firm.
