I walked into her office on a Sunday afternoon and I was impressed by her friendliness, knowledge and professionalism as we talked about what I was looking for in a home. Through all of our discussions my vision of what I was looking for became more clear and before long I was moving into my new home. Wow! Maryanne truly went above and beyond for our family when it came to working with us on what turned out to be a very tricky purchase. Maryanne advocated for us and educated us throughout the process.

We found some issues with the home we fell in love with, and had to extend escrow by 30 days while we worked to resolve the issue. We figured that while we were working on a resolution we may as well see some other homes in case the one in escrow fell apart.

Maryanne booked and completed no less than 21 additional showings for us!! Can you believe that? She already had her sale and commission nearly locked down with the home we had in escrow, and she took the time and effort (that was almost surely in vain) to show us 21 more homes. The honest truth is that my view of realtors has never been very high, but I knew Maryanne was different when we offered to cancel some of the showings that had been booked since they did not look that promising. Maryanne said we could of course do that, but she recommended going since at least we could get a feel for the neighborhood if something else popped up there that we liked.... I truly was blown away that Maryanne really cared about us that much and so wanted us to end up happy, that she was willing to put in so much extra time and effort for us than was probably "necessary", and would not make her more money.

Well things ended up working out with the original home that we loved, but over the course of those 21 additional showings our Family built a life-long friendship with Maryanne that we will enjoy and appreciate so very much going forward. Thanks Maryanne, we love you, you are the best!
