This place was very unprofessional. My father paid this man Walter for a passport card application and he filled out the form incorrectly and it was incomplete. I had to re-do the application in person at the Passaic County Clerk office and even take new passport photos (the ones Walter took were too small) for his inaccurate and incomplete service. The staff at the clerks office also advised for us to get a refund as questions were incorrectly filled out and required information was missing. Additionally, he put himself down as an emergency contact. He didn’t even ask my father for his emergency contact information. After resolving and completing the passport card application process myself, I returned to this establishment and requested a refund and was denied. Walter claims he filled out the application how it was supposed to be even after the application administration confirmed otherwise. Now I just hope that the service he gave my mother for her passport renewal application was completed without issues. My parents will not be returning to utilize his services going forward.

Este lugar fue muy poco profesional. Mi padre le pagó a Walter por una solicitud de pasaporte, pero él llenó el formulario incorrectamente y estaba incompleto. Tuve que volver a presentar la solicitud en persona en la oficina del Secretario del Condado de Passaic e incluso tomar nuevas fotos para el pasaporte (las que Walter tomó eran demasiado pequeñas) por su servicio impreciso e incompleto. El personal de la oficina también nos recomendó un reembolso, ya que las preguntas estaban mal llenadas y faltaba información requerida. Además, se registró como contacto de emergencia. Ni siquiera le pidió a mi padre su información de contacto de emergencia. Después de resolver y completar el proceso de solicitud de pasaporte yo mismo, volví al establecimiento y solicité un reembolso, pero me lo denegaron. Walter afirma que llenó la solicitud como debía, incluso después de que la administración confirmara lo contrario. Ahora solo espero que el servicio que le brindó a mi madre para la renovación de su pasaporte se haya completado sin problemas. Mis padres no volverán a utilizar sus servicios.
