Had them do our 2020 return. There was a sale of corporation and some hefty tax liability to take care of. I had repeated requests to have this explained. Was told they would get back as they were busy, 6 months later and still no return call. I was not disputing I owe it, just want to make sure I understand why so not to do that again. After so many attempts to have someone call me back, I kind of gave up. I was optimistic that I had found a local company to work with, but feel I am back to looking elsewhere. Would not advise using their services. The review does require you give them at least 1 star...1 more than I would have liked.
